After just 6 short weeks, Noble Cider is done juicing for the season! 2000 gallons, all by hand! We can’t believe it! Now we move on to the other aspects of starting a hard cider company: equipment search, logo work, networking, event planning, relationship building, recipe perfecting, and lots more cider tasting!
