We are really happy to announce the grand opening of Noble Cider Downtown, our new restaurant and cider taproom located at 49 Rankin Avenue, on Wednesday, July 28th, 2021!
Retail Manager Thyra Folkard says “We will offer a mouth-watering lineup of affordable and artisanal pub fare, crafted to pair perfectly with our award-winning cider and highlighting cider as an ingredient, all thanks to our talented Executive Chef Cindy Normand”.
“The menu”, says Chef Normand, “will offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options to entice the palates of all guests, and includes stunning charcuterie boards, baked brie, pretzels with cider cheese, fried green tomatoes, roasted pork sandwiches, grilled local veggie sandwiches, smash burgers, and house-made cider donuts”.
Folkard says “The team in the kitchen includes a diverse group of talented and passionate individuals from all backgrounds, who develop flavorful combinations using highly refined techniques to create a modern, unique and delightful cuisine, and a refreshing experience. We believe in crafting our food like our cider: innovative and inspired by local ingredients to remain ‘True to the Core’.”
This mission dovetails smoothly with Noble Co-Founder and Cider Maker Lief Stevens’, who has been making high-quality, approachable ciders and meads in Western North Carolina since 2013.
The team at Noble Cider cannot wait to serve you!
Breakfast is the main meal for me, I eat a lot in the morning to get a boost of energy for the whole day. But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that in recent times more and more establishments are switching to the qr code menu, which is the case with covid and other restrictions.
